Literary association IA
Literary association IA took its name after the last verse of the famous poem Kons 5 written by Srečko Kosovel. We organize poetry and translation workshops, conferences, symposia, seminars, festivals, readings, tours and other literary events in Slovenia as well as internationally. We provide information about authors and translators; organize two-week-long translation residences, we edit and publish books. The seat of the association is in Ljubljana, but the majority of our activities take place in Škocjan in Karst, in a village known for the world famous Škocjan caves.
