She is a Slovene philologist. Deals with cognitive linguistics and translation of Slovenian literature, mainly poetry. Her translations were published in the Polish reviews as Studium, Arkadia, Pobocza, Dziennik Portowy, Opcje. She is the co-translator of the Polish editions of P. Čučnik’s, A. Ihan’s, P. Semolič’s and M. Komelj’s poetry volumes. In 2006 she published the collection of poems of B. Mozetič. She is one of the founders and organizers of the annual students translation workshop at the Univeristy of Bielsko-Biala, where she works. In 2007 she debuted as the haiku author (the Slovenian review Apokalipsa). In the years 2003-2009 she had conducted the workshop in creative haiku writing at the Slovenian language summer courses organized by the University of Primorska. She lives in Bielsko-Biala, Poland.
