* Work on the translations shall be done in two groups:
Group A – poetry of Alenka Jovanovski and sung poetry of Matej Krajnc
Group B – prose of Maja Novak and an essay of Iztok Osojnik

INVITATION
Polica Dubova Cultural and Artistic Associaton and Akademia Techniczno-Humanistyczna in Bielsko-Biala cordially invite you to attend the jubilee – the 10th International Translation Workshop, which shall be again organized frame of the Golden Boat Festival of Slovenian culture in Poland (Festiwal Złota Łódź). The workshop will be held on 19th and 20th October 2013 in the Galeria Wzgórze (ul. Wzgórze 4) led by Mr. Franciszek Kukioła and is located in the heart of Bielsko-Biala square full of coffeehouses.
This year, we shall discuss the texts of Maja Novak (prose), Alenka Jovanovski (poetry), Iztok Osojnik (essay) and Matej Kranjc (singer-songwriter poetry). In addition to discussions on translations, this years’ workshop will be enriched (as it was in 2006) with lectures on topics related to the translation of Slovenian literature into Polish. Please find the attached texts of Slovenian authors (all the material is also availabel on the website http://www.policadubova.org). Please prepare a draft translation, which shall be discussed at the workshop. Translations completed by you after the translation workshop shall be published in the next issue of the anthology Przekładka / Premost.
Please submit your application to the workshop no later than 5 October 2013, by sending an e-mail to: kopczyk@poczta.onet.pl. If anyone would like to present his / her reflections on translation in the form of a paper, please add the title and synopsis of your paper into the application form.

ZAPROSZENIE
Szanowni Państwo,
KUD Police Dubove i Akademia Techniczno-Humanistyczna w Bielsku-Białej zaprasza na wyjątkowe, bo jubileuszowe X Międzynarodowe Warsztaty Translatorskie, które po raz kolejny odbędą się w ramach festiwalu kultury słoweńskiej w Polsce – Złota Łódź (Festival Zlati čoln). Warsztaty odbędą się w dniach 19–20 października 2013 w pomieszczeniach Galerii Wzgórze Pana Franciszka Kukioły (ul. Wzgórze 4), która znajduje się w sercu kwitnącego kawiarenkami rynku Bielska-Białej.
W tym roku pracujemy nad tekstami Maji Novak (proza), Alenki Jovanovski (poezja), Iztoka Osojnika (esej) i Mateja Kranjca (poezja śpiewana). Oprócz dyskusji nad przekładami poziom warsztatów (jak w roku 2006) podniosą wykłady na tematy związane z tłumaczeniem literatury słoweńskiej na polski (lub odwrotnie). Przesyłamy w załączeniu teksty słoweńskich autorów (wszystkie materiały znajdują się również na stronie internetowej: http://www.policadubova.org). Prosimy o przygotowanie roboczych wersji tłumaczeń, nad którymi – jak zwykle – będziemy pracować na warsztatach. Dokończone po warsztatach teksty zamieścimy w kolejnym numerze Przekładki/Premostu.
Zgłoszenia na warsztaty prosimy przesyłać do dnia 5 października 2013 na adres kopczyk@poczta.onet.pl. Jeśli ktoś z Państwa ma ochotę podzielić się refleksją nad przekładem w formie referatu, prosimy do zgłoszenia na warsztaty dołączyć temat wystąpienia.
