THE SLAVIC BRIDGE 2011: LITERARY TOUR OF SLOVENIAN POETS BULGARIA AND SERBIA
From 7th to 13th June, Slovenian poetesses and poets are going to be on tour in Bulgaria and Serbia. On several literary performances and concerts in Sofia, Niš and Belgrade, with their poetry and music there will be presented Tatjana Jamnik, Ksenija Jus, Jani Kovačič, Taja Kramberger, Iztok Osojnik, Radharani Pernarčič, and Tone Škrjanec. In Sofia, a new anthology of Slovenian poetry in Bulgarian will be presented. In all readings are to come home with the authors. Hosting is aimed at establishing dialogue and closer relations with authors and translators in the countries, will talk about joint programs and more durable cooperation. Literary tour is organized by Literary Association IA in collaboration with Culture-Artistic Association of Polica Dubova and local literary institutions, and university lecturers. Tour is supported by Slovenian Book Agency.
